Reports provide a history of the assistance given by the licensee and State Government officials to Dow Chemical Co. to enable their re-assessment of the viability of the proposed Redcliff Petrochemical Plant and associated raw material sources.-

Utilization of Cooper Basin LPG for the manufacture of gasoline.
Cost studies for converting some of LPG to high octane alkylates and blending these with condensate to produce premium grade gasoline at two sites. Stony Point and Port Stanvac appear to be marginally viable.-
