In terms of product deliverables provided by the survey contractor, the aeromagnetic data include TMI, TMI reduced-to-pole, and 1VD of RTP TMI; the elevation data include models derived from radar altimeter and laser altimeter, subtracted from... In terms of product deliverables provided by the survey contractor, the aeromagnetic data include TMI, TMI reduced-to-pole, and 1VD of RTP TMI; the elevation data include models derived from radar altimeter and laser altimeter, subtracted from differential GPS heights; and the spectrometer data include dose rate, uranium, thorium, potassium and ternary (RGB) radiometric datasets. These digital data have been stored by the clients as either located XYZ data (ascii) or Grid Exchange Format (GXF) data presented via ERMapper grids or tif images. All data have been quality controlled by the Geological Survey of South Australia. The original data were located using GPS navigation. GPS measurement units are accurate to less than 10 m. Radiometric data have been processed using the Noise Adjusted Singular Value Decomposition (NASVD) method. Usage limitations: Grid data have been gridded at one fifth of line spacing, and interpretations should not be made at scales less than this. Geotiff image(s) were derived from the ERS grid(s) by rendering the ERS grid with a non-linear colour stretch and sun-shading (45 degree azimuth and sun direction), before exporting to the tif image format. |
