Associated attribute data is captured from Government Gazette notices and the digital cadastre. Positional accuracy:The accuracy of boundaries is dependent upon the source, ie. the digital cadastre This dataset cannot be guaranteed to be current. Boundaries have been sourced from cadastral data that may now be dated, and is constrained by any inaccuracies of that dataset. Attribute accuracy:Checks have been made which compare reports from the spatial dataset and the digital LOTS (Land Ownership & Tenure System) database. Attribute accuracy estimated at 99%.
