In particular, regulations 16A (management system elements), 30 (fitness-for-purpose assessments) and 32 (incident reports). It makes clear how the outcomes from these assessments and other sources inform the department’s ongoing surveillance of regulated activities for compliance with the relevant statement of environmental objectives.
