From 600 feet the boring continued through'Janjukian' limestones equivalent to the Gambler Limestone grading down to highly glauconitic marl at the base of the marine sequence, which is believed to be of early Oligocene or late Eocene age. At 700ft. the boring entered paralic carbonaceous silty Knight Group sands of Eocene age and was still in these sands at 835ft.
