The structural contour map compiled in 1963 for the South Australian portion of the Great Artesian Basin has been revised with information available up to September, 1964. The Transition Beds and equivalents are used as the structural datum formation, and its hydrologic and seismic identification are discussed. The map now presents a fairly reliable picture of the broad geotectonic features and regional structure of the area.
