Gravity and ground magnetics sampling within the WINTINNA area have recently been completed, to further delineate two interpreted salt dome structures situated approximately 80 km north-west of Mount Toondina. These structures were located by Delhi Petroleum Pty Ltd during 1984 seismic operations within the Dalhousie Block of PELs 5 & 6. Ground magnetics failed to disclose the structures. However, a gravity traverse along the relevant seismic line (line 84-XAH) delineated two negative gravity anomalies corresponding to each of the two structures. Computer modelling of one of these anomalies indicated a depth below surface of 300 metres, with an anomaly depth extent of 7000 metres. The density contrast used for this modelling was - 0.7 g/cc.
