In accordance with the Energy Resources Act 2000, a licensee is required to undertake consultation on a proposed environmental impact report and statement of environmental objectives. A consultation plan must be prepared and implemented in accordance with the requirements of the Energy Resources Regulations 2013. This document provides additional detail to support the preparation of a consultation plan and to achieve best practice outcomes for stakeholder engagement.
