A large part of the subject licence area in the Woomera region, that has been explored over several years for possible basement-hosted Olympic Dam style base and precious metal deposits, has been relinquished, mainly in places where the depth to the top of crystalline basement is interpreted from geophysical data as being in excess of 1000 m. At Eucolo, a basement feature seen at 500-800 m estimated depth, that shows semi-coincident magnetic and gravity anomalies which were detailed during the reporting period, is now considered not to display an Olympic Dam - type geophysical signature.
