Exploration disclosed widespread uranium mineralisation, with drill-indicated reserves of 6 million tonnes, at an average grade of 0.8 kg / tonne U3O8, existing in 5 major deposits. About 625 drill holes totalling 53,000 m tested these major deposits and an additional 23 prospects. Metallurgical testing and feasibility studies were undertaken, and 75 km of major access roads were constructed. EL 533 (the Mount Gee deposit) was tested for molybdenum by re-analysis of all stored drill core and cuttings. Results show an average content of 0.02% Mo.
