This survey was carried out over potential sedimentary uranium orebodies that may be associated with conductive pyrite zones within Tertiary palaeochannels. At South Eagle prospect (EL 85), the survey located both the Honeymoon uranium orebody and the likely position of the edge of the Yarramba Palaeochannel. At Low Stony Hill (EL 87) during reconnaissance, the survey failed to locate any Tertiary channelling, thus it is concluded that the channel intersected in drill holes near Mount John Tank might have deviated northeastwards, without entering EL 87. Several possible channel segments were located in the Beefsteak Dam area (EL 121). Drilling is recommended.
