Exploration licence 6786 "Lucindale Project" is being targeted for ionic adsorption clay (IAC) hosted rare earth elements (REE) associated with lagoonal/dunal sediments of the Murray Basin, overlying the Gambier Limestone. The tenement is located around 350 km south east of Adelaide around the town of Lucindale.

This report covers work completed in the partial surrender of EL 6786. Exploration activities during the first year of tenure to 08/06/2023 consisted of a literature review, a review of Open File Data available via the SARIG system, and the compilation of stratigraphy for holes that have samples in the core library. During the first half of the second year of tenure, historic drill core material stored in the South Australia Drill Core Library were analysed using pXRF by Challenger Geological Services. A single hole falls within the area to be relinquished.

The area (which comprises some 26% of the original area of EL 6786) was surrendered due to minimum expenditure commitments not being met.
