Kyancutta. Progress report to licence surrender for the period 20/5/1971 to 18/9/1971.

In a search for possible economic sedimentary uranium occurrences undertaken near Kyancutta, a regional geological reconnaissance was carried out to locate exposed basement outcrops, and past drilling records were examined to determine the cover stratigraphy and its oxidation state. No water wells could be identified in which the sampled groundwater was deemed suitable for analysis for dissolved uranium.
