Airborne magnetic / radiometric and EM surveys conducted west of Woomera did not reveal any promising diamondiferous kimberlite targets, and stream sediment and soil sampling carried out over a resultant uranium / potassium anomaly revealed no significant geochemical values. More widespread gravel and bedrock sampling produced some chromite indicator minerals, but no microdiamonds were found.
