An intersection of about 5 feet of massive sulphides (85% pyrite, 15% chalcopyrite) in a vertical water bore at Giants Head, at or near the contact of brecciated diapiric sediments (Wywyana Formation?) and leucocratic granite, was investigated. Preliminary geological, magnetic and geochemical prospecting failed to identify any trends for follow-up work.
