To test the resolution of the Deep Leach 11 geochemical analysis technique offered to Stuart Shelf base metal explorers by Amdel Ltd, 3 lines of soil samples were taken over the well-delineated but undisturbed, stratabound Emmie Bluff Cu resource which lies at a depth of 400 metres, immediately north of the abandoned Mt Gunson copper-cobalt mine. No coherent mobile metal ion (MMI) geochemical anomalies were identified from the 185 samples analysed.
