Two ground magnetic traverses totalling 31 line km were carried out across linear, north-westerly - trending aeromagnetic anomalies on the north-eastern flank of the Curnamona Nucleus, 120 km east - north-east of Moolawatana. Modelling indicated excessive depths to the magnetic source bodies (in the 1 to 2.5 km range), these depths decreasing from east to west and from north to south.
