TARGET: Sediment-hosted uranium mineralisation. EXPLORATION: 12 vertical rotary mud drillholes were completed for a total penetration of 1992 m in the Christmas Well and Caldina areas, west of Lake Frome. RESULTS: No downhole radiometric anomalies were recorded from the target horizon in the Christmas Well area. Weak anomalies were recorded in the Caldina area, but were insufficient to justify further drilling.
