Interpretation of sets of airborne magnetic / radiometric survey data acquired over Proterozoic metasedimentary and granitoid basement terrain in the Kalabity area identified three discrete radiometric anomalies, one of which was traced by rock chip and float sampling to a quartz vein-hosted davidite deposit. Follow-up ground scintillometer traverses, costeaning and bulk sampling of the lodes identified sub-economic uranium mineralisation. Elsewhere, elevated Zn and Cu values in cover, coincident with aeromagnetic features, were returned from lag and stream sediment sampling. Ground EM and magnetics revealed no causal anomalies. Unrelated gravel sampling proved negative for diamond indicators.
