No anomalous metal values were returned from reconnaissance stream sediment and rock chip sampling carried out over an area 20 to 30 km east to south-east of Hawker, although one sample showed 43.8% MgO content. More detailed geochemical sampling is required to properly assess the area for its perceived magnesite, gold, base metal and kimberlite potential.
