A review of existing drillhole information in the area between Lake Frome and the NSW border targeted sedimentary uranium in Tertiary palaeochannels. No field work was undertaken during the two years tenure owing to access difficulties resulting from multiple overlapping Native Title claims. Stratigraphical interpretation of historical drilling data indicated that the licence area was unlikely to contain significant palaeochannels or mineralisation of the type sought.
