No new work was done. A partial relinquishment of 41% of the original licence area was made in December 1996. A desktop assessment made of the licence area's prospectivity consisted of a review of available aeromagnetic, radiometric and TM data, followed by the reprocessing of previous CSR aeromagnetic data, and the compilation of historic CEC RAB drilling results obtained from the Two Brothers prospect grid.
