Rock chip sampling carried out over magnetic targets located approximately 35 km east of Hawker identified anomalous Cu, and minor Zn and Ni. No significant base metal anomalism was detected from stream sediment sampling, and only one anomalous gold value of 3 ppb was returned. Infill sampling around the historic Wyacca copper mine was considered to be warranted, but other company priorities necessitated relinquishment of the licence.
