An area of central Yorke Peninsula south of the Moonta-Wallaroo-Kadina mining field was acquired to explore for Cu-Au and Pb-Zn targets in metasomatically altered Mesoproterozoic rocks of the southern Gawler Craton, adjacent to their contact with the Arthurton Granite pluton. Interpretation of new aeromagnetic data, integrated with the results of calcrete geochemical sampling, defined several anomalies considered worthy of further investigation. However, following a re-appraisal of company aims and priorities the licence was surrendered.
