Base and precious metal exploration near Pinda Springs mine in the north-central Flinders Ranges, 50 km south-east of Copley, initially comprised geological mapping and rock chip sampling. Several vein samples returned values up to 1.2 kg/t Ag, 10.5% Cu and 79% Pb. Interpretation of aeromagnetic and radiometric data from the 1999 AGSO regional survey and from the company's licence area infill coverage, when integrated with structural analysis, identified several target areas considered worthy of follow-up. However, unresolved native title and joint venture issues resulted in surrender of the licence.
