Initial exploration for stratiform Cu-Au mineralisation hosted within Adelaidean sediments in the Morialpa area, 40 km north- west of Olary, comprised soil, stream sediment, rock chip and ironstone lag geochemical sampling, and 1:10,000 scale geological mapping. Anomalous geochemistry (Pb to 1500 ppm, Zn to 1300 ppm) extending for approximately 1 km along a gossan, designated the Pauper prospect, was followed-up by further soil sampling over a 100 m x 20 m grid, limited mobile metal ion and biogeochemical sampling of a possible soil-covered gossan zone, ground magnetic and ground TEM surveys on a 100 m x 10 m grid, and four programmes of reverse circulation drilling (22 holes, total 2456 m). Sub-economic mineralised sulphide intersections (chalcocite, covellite), with a best intercept of 1 m at 0.5% Cu from 24 m depth, require further investigation.
