Previously found dispersed occurrences of kimberlitic indicator minerals and also of two macrodiamonds, in an area located 50 km north-northwest of Roxby Downs, have been re-investigated for local sources by the licensee, as a continuation of its earlier similar work in this area during the 1980s and early 1990s, under ELs 1380, 1441 and 1603. Collation and digital reprocessing of existing aeromagnetic survey data, using the latest techniques, enabled a new magnetic image interpretation and the selection of four possible kimberlite - type magnetic anomaly drilling targets from limited ground follow-up of 45 defined anomalies. Unsuccessful attempts both publically and privately to raise working capital, plus delays in obtaining land access clearances under Native Title, meant that no work was done in the last two licence years, and no drilling was able to be performed.
