Work done on two licences covering inferred Challenger - type vein gold or Olympic Dam / Prominent Hill style IOCG mineralisation - prospective ground that is situated approximately 70 km to the south and south-east of Coober Pedy has been confined to the preparation of prospectivity reviews by three consultants, an evaluation of the significance of past Minotaur gold-in-calcrete geochemical data, the conduct of two detailed gravity surveys during October 2002, and the making of recommendations for new work programmes based on the gravity results. The larger, North Block Gravity Survey covering the north-eastern part of EL 2969 plus all of EL 2987, comprised 1300 stations read at 500 m intervals along 41 north-south lines spaced 500 m apart. The Gina Gravity Survey in the south of EL 2969 comprised 525 stations read at 500 m intervals along 17 north-south lines spaced 1 km apart.
