Exploration for possible buried IOCG type base and precious metal deposits within complex Proterozoic to Archaean basement rocks in the Mount Woods Domain has, for the relinquished peripheral areas of the four subject licences, consisted only of ongoing geophysical data evaluation and target generation. No suitable targets were identified in the relinquished portions. For EL 3387, a further release of regional and semi-detailed gravity data acquired by Anglo American in 2002 has been made (333 of an original total of 1378 stations, read at 200 m intervals along lines spaced from 800 m to 1.6 km apart).
