Exploration for economic deposits of gold, base metals and/or uranium within an area located approximately 40 km north-west of the Challenger gold mine has consisted of reconnaissance rock, soil and auger calcrete sampling (41 samples) plus ground radiometric surveying of the whole licence area along 200 m - spaced north-south grid lines, and follow-up geochemical bulk sampling (10 samples) over total count radiometric anomalies with intensities greater than 3 times background. No significant geochemical anomalies were revealed by this work.
