Work carried out on the now relinquished licence portions has comprised the acquisition, processing and interpretation of Aster satellite imagery (SWIR, VNIR and Landsat TM247 images) by contractor Geoimage in November 2004, followed by a consultant's airphoto geological interpretation commissioned in March 2005. The results of this work have been separately reported to PIRSA as Appendices 2 and 3 to the report dataset submitted in fulfilment of PACE Initiative Drilling Project DPY2-34 (ref. Hatton 2006). [This report has already been released to the public as open file Env 11,108]. Additional minor work performed in June 2006 was a VTEM survey flown over a small area in the east of the now relinquished portion of EL 3138 by contractor Geotech Services. The client Noranda Pacific did not identify any significant late-time conductors in the processed EM data.
