An area located approximately 80 km north-east of Orroroo was assessed for its potential to contain alluvial and hard rock gold deposits. Quartz veins developed within a narrow zone in the Tarcowie Siltstone at the historic Erina prospect have high gold values, but are accessible only over a limited strike length within the subject licence. Therefore it was deemed as economically unfeasible to continue work on the ground presently available.
