Ongoing exploration for stratabound copper deposits in the vicinity of abandoned copper workings in the Olary district comprised three rounds of increasingly detailed geochemical rock chip sampling surveys, plus geological mapping, petrology and ground magnetic surveys of prospective stratigraphic intervals. No significant bedrock - sourced metal values were identified.
