Exploration of a small area located north of Oodla Wirra has targeted possible buried economic Mount Grainger or Telfer - style epigenetic gold mineralisation hosted by altered and structurally disconformable Adelaidean metasediments, and has also sought to find possible diamondiferous kimberlites through a joint venture agreement made with Flinders Diamonds. Field work comprised only the assaying of 2 rock chip samples of Tarcowie Siltstone obtained during reconnaissance visits to the licence, plus the acquisition during November 2007, and later interpretation, of part of a low-level helimag aerial survey flown along north-south lines spaced 100 m apart, with a sensor flight height of 30 m. Planned follow-up RAB drilling and soil sampling (for diamond indicators) of magnetic anomalies did not occur owing to the winding up of the private licensee company after the untimely death of its principal officer.
