An area located approximately 20 km south-west of Port Augusta has been explored for possible economic unconformity-hosted uranium at the base of the Pandurra Formation, for copper sulphides near the Beda Volcanics - Pandurra Formation contact, and for Mount Gunson style stratiform silver-lead-zinc in the Tapley Hill Formation. The only work carried out on the subject tenement was some 1 km x 1 km grid-based soil sampling (69 samples), from which the assay results were not encouraging. It was decided to focus on other, higher priority licences within the project acreage, and to allow tenure of EL 4315 to lapse.
