Section 10 of the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Regulations 2013 require a licensee to prepare an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) detailing the evironment of the area included in the scope. An EIR must identify any events associated with the activity which could foreseeably arise and pose a threat to the local environment. This Environmental Impact report covers water extraction from the Cooper Creek, Cooper Basin of South Australia. This Environmental Impact Report was archived on 9 June 2016.
