138 square km or ~58.5% of the former area of EL 4828 Morgans have been relinquished, this ground covering the southern extent of the licence located along the eastern shoreline of Lake Gilles. It has been explored mainly for possible structurally controlled epithermal silver and base metal deposits of Paris style, which could have formed close to the southern margin of the Gawler Ranges. Work done on the now relinquished licence portion has comprised part of regional reconnaissance soil geochemical sampling performed on a regular 500 m grid spacing; the places where salt lakes lie were not sampled. 313 x minus 1.6 mm sieved soil size fraction samples were submitted late in 2012 for laboratory partial leach analysis of a 32 trace element suite. The resulting assay data are included herein.
