No field work was done during all of licence Years 6 to 13, until the tenement was eventually surrendered. An office -based assessment was performed on ground geophysical data collected during the earliest years of tenure, allowing some new targets to be defined for drilling, both for lignite and base metals. A compilation made of all basement information available from previous exploration drilling and water wells enabled a regional depth to basement plan to be constructed by the licensee. This revealed that depths to concealed basement throughout much of the tenement area are <100 m. A substantial lignite basin was identified extending into the subject tenement area from the adjacent EL 5721. The licensee considers that it is also probable that significant graphite - rich basement units may also extend across the joint tenement boundary.
