Exploration undertaken within the original EL 3978/5307 Cowell area by Hiltaba Gold and joint venture partners 1) UraniumSA and 2) Renaissance Uranium / Renascor Resources has included geological interpretation, geochemical sampling, ground and airborne geophysical surveying and drilling for IOCG-U and palaeochannel uranium mineralisation, with some more recent work on assessing graphite potential. Following the withdrawal of Renaissance from the joint venture agreement, Hiltaba has decided to relinquish most of the western sub-block of the licence. Stellar Resources has undertaken no work within the now relinquished portions of the licence. While held under previous licence EL 3978, the following exploration activity was conducted by Stellar's JV partner UraniumSA Ltd: - during September 2009, Geosolutions Ltd flew an airborne EM survey (REPTEM) over the Pirie Basin Tertiary sediments, which were considered prospective for sedimentary uranium deposits. The western end of one east-west flight line (1015), centred 8.5 km WNW of Cowell, falls within the now relinquished area, for a total of 3 km of AEM raw data, which is included herewith. While held under previous licence EL 3978, the following exploration activity was conducted by Stellar's JV partner Renaissance Uranium Ltd: - during September 2012, Geosolutions Ltd flew an airborne EM survey (REPTEM) totalling 504.2 line km over prospective bedrock zones defined along strike from the Wilklow graphite prospect, which lies within the western sub-block of EL 3978. A 4.7 x 9.7 km section of the AEM coverage, centred 10 km north-west of Cowell, falls within the now relinquished area, and this subset of AEM raw data is included herewith. Descriptions of equipment used and the survey specifications are included in the subject report. No on-ground exploration occurred on the now relinquished licence portions.

By an agreement made with Stellar Resources, Uranium SA funded uranium exploration activities undertaken on EL 3978 between July 2006 and May 2010. Hiltaba Resources was in a formal joint venture with Renaissance Uranium (now called Renascor Resources) between 22/10/2010 and 6/11/2014.
