An attenuated NE trending licence area consisting of five separate small sub-blocks centred approximately 130 km north-west of Tarcoola is being explored for possible economic buried Challenger style gold deposits and for other base and precious metals that may be associated with basement intrusive rocks and inferred regional structures. During the first licence year, 204 soil geochemical samples were collected in April 2010 from a 200 m x 200 m grid centred ~15 km SSE of Indooroopilly Outstation and 5 km NE from Half Moon Lake. The samples were sent to Genalysis in Adelaide for assay using TerraLeach Digest TL1, an alkaline cyanide partial digest. No significant results were returned from this particular target area, but others await similar evaluation. At the beginning of the second licence year, ~25% of the original licence area was relinquished. No field work was performed on the remainder during this year. No field work was done during Year 3 either, while ownership of the tenement was in the process of being transferred from Challenger West Holdings Pty Ltd to Half Moon Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Trafford Resources Limited. The latter company assembled the data relevant to the licence area, and commenced an exploration history review and mineral prospectivity study for these data.
