The only work performed for exploration of an area centred ~35 km west of Port Augusta was a desktop geophysical data review aimed at identifying any base metal or gold targets which could represent buried mineralisation that had formed within IOCG or shear zone settings. The tenement was taken up to investigate whether economic copper mineralisation may exist in the vicinity of the historic Pandurra mine workings. Previous drilling done there by BHP and Pacminex did not reveal significant intercepts, but an IP survey acquired by WMC had shown a 2 km long north-south aligned chargeability anomaly passing through the prospect close to the old workings. The northern portion of this anomaly had not yet been tested by drilling. It was recommended that Renascor should pursue larger size - lower risk targets in areas of shallower cover elsewhere within the company’s Eastern Eyre Project tenement holdings.
