Inspection of areas of diapiric breccia located east of the Stirrup Iron Range revealed a number of small occurrences of copper mineralisation, but no associated cinnabar. The copper occurrences are widespread, but only occupy irregular and very narrow quartz-siderite-dolomite veins intruding the diapir.
