21 line miles of detailed gravity traverses have been completed across three known gravity anomalies lying east of Lake Torrens. The aim was to check for possible correlations between known or inferred faults, which may contain mineralisation, and these large gravity anomalies previously outlined by a regional survey. Such information, supplemented by that from allied ground magnetic traverses, could then facilitate the choice of drilling sites for two of the areas.
