Section 12 of the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Regulations 2013 require any person proposing to undertake activities relevant to petroleum production to prepare a draft statement of environmental objectives (SEO) prior to production operations commencing. A SEO must identify any event which could arise from any regulated activity under the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Act 2000 and may cause a serious or reportable incident. This SEO covers APA (SWQP) Pty Limited's QSN Link and the QSN Expansion Gas Pipeline operations associated with Pipeline Licence 18.
