A small area located on the eastern side of the Roopena Fault Zone, proximal to the south-eastern margin of the Gawler Ranges, is being explored for possible buried epigenetic gold and silver mineralisation, or IOCG type base metal sulphide mineralisation, that may have formed in Proterozoic bedrock. No field work was done during licence Year 1. Renascor conducted desktop studies to review historic exploration data, and planned a reconnaissance 400 m x 400 m sample spacing soil/calcrete geochemical survey to assist in defining drill targets. During licence Year 2, 134 soil geochemical samples were collected at 50 m intervals along short traverses crossing each of the Laura and Ozone gravity/magnetic anomalies, and were subjected to in-situ FPXRF spectrochemical analysis. No anomalous base metals were detected. The maximum copper result was 58 ppm Cu. A first partial relinquishment of ~20 square km or 50% of the original licence area, namely its west to north-western half, was made on 10/8/2015. No work had been done on this part of the licence. During licence Year 3, 4, 5 and 6, no work was done.
