An area centred approximately 70 km east-northeast of Coober Pedy has been explored for possible economic buried IOCG-U type mineralisation. No field work was undertaken. Activities comprised in-house background research and a historic data compilation and review, including the relogging of stored samples from past drilling done in the area. From the latter it was concluded that the area had diminished prospectivity for containing targets aligned with FMG's IOCG-U exploration strategy.
