A small area originally comprising three separate parts centred ~20 km north of Kimba on northern Eyre Peninsula has been explored for possible economic Middleback Range type stratabound BIF hosted iron ore, for shear-hosted or Menninnie Dam style polymetallic gold, silver and base metal mineralisation that may be associated with epithermal alteration, and for uranium which may occur either as primary saprolitic or unconformity style deposits or secondary palaeochannel deposits. During the tenure period, no field work was done on EL 6155. Activities comprised an ongoing review and interpretation of geological, geophysical, geochemical and previous exploration data, and the monitoring of contemporary exploration results announcements made by holders of surrounding licences. Four partial surrenders were made which considerably reduced the size of the licence over this time.
