The Aristotle deposit Retention Lease (RL 5) is located ~8 km south-east of the town of Leigh Creek, and covers 16.8 hectares. The Moolooloo deposit Retention Lease (RL 6) is located ~7.5 km south-east of the town of Leigh Creek, and covers 19.5 hectares. The Aroona II deposit Retention Lease (RL 7) is located ~3 km south-west of the town of Leigh Creek, and covers 19.4 hectares. All three leases were originally granted on 18/12/1980 to Electrolytic Zinc Company of Australia Limited. They were transferred to Pasminco Australia Limited in 1991, and were subsequently acquired by Freehold Mining (now Perilya Mining Freehold Mining Pty Ltd) through an option-purchase agreement made in late 2000. Perilya Freehold Mining currently has 100% ownership of these leases - they are wholly contained within EL 5367, an exploration licence presently being operated and managed by Perilya under a joint venture agreement with Australian Coloured Oxides Pty Ltd. Exploration activities undertaken by Perilya on RLs 5, 6 and 7 for the year ending 31/3/2016 were minimal, and consisted of making limited soil pXRF spectrochemical scans in early March 2016. A total of 29 readings were collected on RL 5, along traverses made 50 m to 100 m apart over the eastern side of the lease, to complete coverage over prospective Cambrian strata outcropping there. Anomalous zinc in soil was found to continue across to the eastern lease boundary, with values of up to 6301 ppm Zn. However, much previous drilling has already been done in this area, so it was considered unlikely that any near surface bedrock mineralisation potential exists. A total of 37 readings were collected on RL 6, along traverses made 100 m apart in the central portion of the lease, to tie in with previous soil pXRF scanning coverage made at North Moolooloo to the north and at Aristotle to the south. Strongly anomalous zinc (up to 6365 ppm Zn) was detected along a single traverse located immediately north of the Moolooloo deposit. But previous drilling done in this area had failed to intersect any significant mineralisation. A single rock chip geochemical sample was collected for laboratory assaying from the Woodendinna Dolomite outcrop lying between the Moolooloo and North Moolooloo deposits. It was found to contain strongly anomalous pathfinder elements, e.g. As (10 x background), Cd (19 x background), Sb (6 x background) and V (5 x background). A total of 91 soil pXRF scan readings were collected on RL 7, along traverses made 50 m apart. A very strong zinc anomaly (up to 49,178 ppm Zn) was defined over the Aroona II deposit, having a strike length of ~400 m. But when this anomaly's footprint was compared with the historic drill coverage over the deposit, its full extent appeared to have been adequately tested by past drilling. Exploration activities undertaken by Perilya on RLs 5, 6 and 7 for the year ending 31/3/2018 were restricted to RL 6, with no exploration work being completed on either RL 5 or 7. Work completed on RL 6 included a small infill pXRF soil survey over the central portion of the lease with 44 readings collected over 4 survey lines. Infill drilling at the North Moolooloo deposit saw 5 RC holes completed for 606 m. The aim of the drilling program was to increase the current resource out from the current drilling; however no significant results were returned from the holes completed on RL 6 with the exception of hole BTC764, which intersected 1 m @ 13.2% Zn.
