Kalotech Pty Ltd (Kalotech) are targeting kaolin type deposits on the Eyre Peninsula within Exploration Licence (EL) 6672. During the 2021-2022 reporting period, an evaluation of Kaolin Type Deposits within EL 6672 was undertaken [See Env 13289 CNO:2042669]. No field works were conducted on this tenement during the 12 months due to both Covid-19 restrictions and a restructuring of the company (readying the tenement for transfer to Zilotech Holdings Pty Ltd). The only works conducted related to general tenement management and a desktop assessment of geological and reporting data. During the final year of reporting it was decided to fully surrender EL 6672, with Zilotech being a Queensland based company, COVID-19 restrictions made it extremely challenging to conduct exploration work, along with the company shifting focus to within Queensland. No exploration activities were undertaken on the tenement.
