Exploration Licence 6732 “Pidinga”, was applied for the exploration of Halloysite which has been postulated to exist in association with lake sediments. The licence area is located approximately 110 km east-northeast of Nullarbor and covers an area of 969 km2. Piginga is primarily covered by Miocene- Holocene sediments, with noted historical lignite-coal intersections and mineral sand mining to the east of the tenement. During the first licence year no on-ground work was undertaken by the company, with efforts focused on literature searches and modelling. No work was again undertaken on-ground during the second year of reporting. The tenement was offered for full surrender primarily due to uncertainties around site access to areas of interest.
